Summer is coming and homemade ice cream is calling me.
This recipe starts with frozen sliced bananas and just gets better from there!
6 ripe bananas
1-1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/3 cup of canned coconut milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp agave syrup (optional)
Slice and freeze bananas at least for one hour.
In a food processor or Vitamix (or other high powered blender), place all your ingredients in.
Blend until smooth and all chunks are blended.
